If God exists - why doesn�t he make an example of Dawkins in a Biblical kind of way?

God is patient. When the Apostles asked Jesus to send fire from heaven to consume some of His opponents, He said that they were living in an age of mercy not judgment. God occasionally in His way and with His timing intervenes in a major way in history. To ask why is for the clay to say to the Potter, why are you shaping me this way?
