Are black women doing something wrong for so many black men to seek white women to be his queen?

I don't understand what it is about Caucasian women that black men seem to care for more than women of their own race. I'm not a racist, but I always see women like Beyonce, Rihanna, Tyra Banks, Queen Latifah, etc. trying to look like white European women because deep down inside, they feel ugly looking like their natural selves. What is going on here? I don't get it! Why can't black men appreciate their women and what are so many white women seeking black men for?
