Are black women starting to have children out of their race to get lighter children?

Every where I look now I see a black woman with a different race man and have a light baby. Like where I live about 75% of black woman have a different race dude. When my older sister was watching Tyra a while ago, when she was on air, I overheard that this black woman had a baby with a asian guy to have a lighter baby.
