How do I change my profile pic on Tumblr?

Ok look I know you're supposed to go to your blog, then above followers click on 'Settings', but there ISN'T A BUTTON THAT SAYS SETTINGS ?! I dunno what to do, because otherwise before you could just go to Customize, Info, and add a pic, but that's gone! D: AHH! HELP!
