Help using Facebook Ads to create an ad for my fan page targeting teens and young college kids nationwide?

i throw dance parties locally but id like to create a nationwide fan base, so i can go all over touring the usa throwing dance parties for teens and young college kids...think nightstorm but i play un-edited music, i just dont know how the whole ad thing on facebook works im trying to target teens and young college kids, ages 14-20 all over the usa that would attend my dance parties...if someone could help me on how to create an ad to help build my fan base nationwide id appreciate it...then when i get enough followers from a certain area i could look for a building to rent, and start the planning process of the dance, ect...its my dream to do this i love putting on dances and seeing people have a good time...like i said think nightstorm, if you dont know what it is google it but its pretty much a traveling teen dance party...i hope you all understand what im trying to get at here...just advice on how to create the ad and wuts the best way to pay for it, targeting options, ect...id appreciate the help thank you!
