ANTM, why did Tyra randomly cut Molly and Brittani's hair right before last panel? Cycle 16?

I think she did it just to give them that "edge" they both looked AHmazing I thought with the new do's. I didn't particularly like Brittani's haircut, she gave the same style to Saleshia in Cycle 9 and I didn't like it on her either. And if you remember...Tyra is ALWAYS telling the girls....ya gotta do what ya gotta do, based on what the clients want at the time. I didn't understand really why she chose that point in time to do it but I do really like both girls with the cut...
