All roads lead to?...?

My Mum and I were discussing something the other night which led me to say 'All roads lead to Damascus'. My Mum said there was no such saying and that it was 'All roads lead to Rome'. Then we got into a tizzy about who was right. I held my hands up and said I have heard of both, but my Mum wouldn't budge. Now, I'm pretty sure 'All roads lead to Damascus' is maybe even biblical. Can someone declare a winner ' my mum who says it is only Rome or me who says it is both. I swear to be bound by the decision!!! :)
